The Point - linoprint

This is The Point, a multi-coloured reduction linoprint of a slip in Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire.

This is a varied edition reduction lino-print. An edition of prints, which cannot be reproduced. The design is drawn onto the lino and then the first cut made, inked up and printed. This process is repeated, cutting further into the lino and inking up with further colours, as the lino is carved each time, it is impossible to make more, as the final print has very little of the original lino left.

In 'The Point' there are six ink colours, printed seperately.

This is a variable edition, please refer to the different colourways to choose which one your prefer.

In the very nature of printmaking, no two pieces will be exactly the same, so the piece of art you buy, will be unique to you. This is not mass-produced, it is hand carved, inked and printed in a very small studio in my house in Pembrokeshire.
